TERMS OF SERVICE

General

✧ I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.✧ I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason.✧ Agencies and companies must contact me through my email first.✧ All commissioned artworks and projects are for personal use ONLY. Commercial rights must be requested and fulfilled through payment.✧ If my artwork is displayed on any website in any form such as a PFP, Header, Thumbnail etc. it must be linked/credited back to me.✧ Clients may not claim the artwork as their own work.✧ Regardless of commercial rights/licensing, intellectual property/credits/copyright will still be held by the artist.✧ I have the right to redistribute/reproduce/utilize my artworks and commissions for any reason and purpose unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon beforehand.✧ Clients are not authorized to change, modify, edit, trace, or copy the artwork in any way or form.✧ You may not mint my art as an NFT for any reason whatsoever. By requesting a commission, you agree to not use my art for NFT-related purposes. My art may not be used to facilitate any blockchain technology related projects and may not be used to represent any form of cryptocurrency.✧ You may not utilize my artwork for AI Art Apps or AI Generators.✧ I reserve the right to post final commissions in my portfolio/website/social media/gallery. An NDA agreements must be proposed to keep a project off my portfolio indefinitely.✧ You may not remove my watermarks/signature on the final commissioned artwork for any reason.✧ By requesting NSFW, you agree that you are 18+.✧ It is the client's full responsibility to secure, and safely back up finished products once it is delivered.✧ All and any hostile/racist/rude/inappropriate/disruptive behavior during our meetings will not be entertained and will result in an immediate blacklist and block.

Refund Policy, Transactions, Payment Plans, and Pricing

✧ Clients must be aware of the basic pricing before sending in a request. Please refer to Prices & Examples under the Commission Info page.✧ Please feel free to reach out to ask for a price estimate. Additional charges and adjustments are discussed after I accept your commission request (You will not be exposed to any surprise charges you are not aware of).✧ Slot Reservations : Quarter of the full price of the commission is required and it is NON-REFUNDABLE.✧ Full refunds plus any fees associated with the specific commission will be provided ONLY if the commission is cancelled from my end AND the project is not delivered. I am not responsible for anything outside of our agreed payment and fees associated with the payment (Lost commission slots for another artist with lower pricing, etc.). This does not apply to Slot Reservations. If I do not agree to go with your commission before it starts, I will refund the entire quarter payment + all additional fees associated with the transaction.✧ If the commission is terminated from my end due to a clear violation of the T.O.S. by the client, no refunds will be given. Examples include (not limited to) : Using WIPs for AI Art, finding my WIPs on NFT platforms, claiming art as their own, etc. All clients will be given a notice and an opportunity to clear any misunderstandings before the termination is final.✧ For full commercial rights/license to any of the commissioned art (e.g. twitch graphics, merch, prints, game, music video etc.), It is 1.5-2x for all final prices as I deem fit. All intellectual property/credit will still be held by the artist (me).✧ Commercial use examples include, but are not limited to: Creating any type of merch, including my artwork in a game or app, reproducing and selling (publicly or privately), using my artwork in any way on platforms where you profit/gain revenue from (Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Patreon, TikTok, Business Website, Business cards, Fliers, OpenSea, NFT platforms, Apps etc.)✧ If a commission is mutually agreed upon and a payment request is sent, this means that we have discussed (in length) all the necessary expectations regarding the project. You may reject the first deposit payment request at any time for any reason with no explanations needed up to two times. Consider everything carefully before proceeding to send in your first round of payments.✧ If a project is cancelled more than twice by the same client, they will no longer be allowed to request a commission with me. This includes discussing project details with me leading up to the invoice week and cancelling during the week, cancelling an invoice that has already been sent, or cancelling while the commission is in progress. Ghosting of any form will result in a permanent blacklist from my commission cycles including YCH, Raffles, etc.✧ Half of the full payment is required before I officially start any projects. If the payment request is accepted, and a payment is made, you are no longer entitled to a full refund. Note that I start ideating and sketching on the day of the payment confirmation. Therefore, you have a very short window of opportunity to claim a 100% refund of the first payment. Once I have started on the sketch, no refunds will be made beyond this point. Please be aware of this condition before sending in your first payment. (YCH requires full payment - YCH payments are only fully refundable if I do not deliver the illustration within the promised time delivery)✧ Full payments are made at the end of the FIRST feedback week and before line work and laying down color flats/cell shading.✧Extended payment plans will not be accepted with very few exceptions. All payments must be made upfront at the assigned stages of the project. If a client happens to run out of funds in between stages, I will put the project on hold and proceed onto other commissions and put the on-hold project at the end of the line. (Clients have the option to cancel the project entirely if they wish, and I will deliver what is done at that point. The client MAY NOT 'finish' the artwork by themselves or through another artist and claim it as their own.✧ Payment extensions are absolutely given as long as the client is responsive and communicative with me. SKEB requests must be paid in full and will not be granted a payment extension.✧ Payments will be arranged through PayPal Invoice.✧ Only USD is accepted. Please double check currency conversions.✧ All payments will be initiated through me. Clients will be expected to wait to be contacted for every payment stage.✧ Do not initiate chargebacks via PayPal if you see any issues with the payment. Please contact me first.✧ Initiating chargebacks to cancel a commission for any reason will result in the termination of the project and a blacklist.✧ Any and all attempts to haggle before, during, or after will result in an immediate termination of the project. Please do not ask me to match the prices of another artist, or discuss the prices of another artist. All prices given are final unless there are specific questions pertaining to unique projects not listed on my website or the commission form.

Timeline, Communication, and Ghosting

[Q: When will my commission be complete?]Sketches take anywhere from a day to a week. The time varies depending on the size of the project. Most sketches start on the day of the first payment round.The sketching stage is by far the most important stage in the entire process as all ideation and most adjustments are carried out during this time.Once the sketch is finished, clients are given 1 full week to work out revisions and adjustments. After the feedback period is over, you allow me up to 3 weeks - 5 months to finish the project (The length completely depends on the kind of project it is and the discussed timeline).[Q : Can I forgo the Feedback Period for quicker results?]If you absolutely want to skip all feedback periods, payments must be made in full at the beginning. This type of commission will be categorized as SKEB, and clients will be given no opportunities for feedback.[Q : What do I do if you ghost me/stop responding/don't give me updates?]I always respond to clients on any concerns within 24-48 hours unless there is an unforeseen emergency on my end, which is highly unlikely (but not impossible!). Please be ready to communicate with me via discord/email as I prefer to have all records of communication.Please utilize my Trello for status updates. All promised updates will be provided during feedback weeks.[Q : Do all projects take 3 weeks-5 months to complete? Are there cases where you take even longer than that?]Some projects may take 2 weeks to finish, others may take the whole 5 months. This all depends on the volume of the commission, complexity, unforeseen circumstances, and more.If I require more time to finish a project, I will only proceed to grant myself more time AFTER communicating setbacks with my clients ahead of time, and will NOT go over the 3-5 month mark without a heads up.Rush fee projects are exempt from this - All rush fee projects will be prioritized and fulfilled in a timely manner.[Q: I forgot to communicate an important detail for the commission, when is it too late to let you know?]The client will supplement me with as much information as possible prior to our first meeting.The absolute best time to add important details is before I start my sketch (or during)! Adding major changes past the sketching phase will incur extra charges.[Q: What happens if you missed an important detail in the artwork that was specified in my request?]If an important detail is missed on my end, I will fix it with no charge.[Q: Can I pay you to deliver a commission sooner?]Rush orders are 2x/3x of the final price. However, I reserve the right to decline this request if I feel that I cannot develop the best quality for the size of the project by the requested time. Please feel free to discuss this with me further to reach the best arrangement possible.[Q : Something came up in my life and I couldn't respond to you during the feedback period, what happens then?]Please note that extending feedback periods also means that your commission may take longer to finish. If something serious happens last minute, please contact me ASAP so we can figure out a solution.The end of the feedback week is when the rest of the full payment is due. If the client is absent and unresponsive for more than a week, I will put the project on hold with no refunds. Shelved projects are put at the end of the line, and will not be resumed until further communication is exchanged. If 3 months pass with no sign of response, the project will be terminated and will be repurposed for my personal projects with a different design. No exceptions are allowed.

Commissions I will accept and reject

✧ I am flexible in terms of genre. Feel free to ask me for details if you're unsure whether your request falls under the 'extreme' category.✧ Extreme gore/violence, hentai, explicit NSFW, furry, child pornography, content inciting hate, styles that are very far from my own will be rejected. I will not be drawing minors in NSFW detail.✧ NSFW : I will only accept boudoir style requests. No explicitly lewd/erotic art (e.g. hentai) will be accepted.✧ I specialize in female characters and androgynous male characters✧ I specialize in Mecha/Neo-Y2K/Cyberpunk. However, all OC designs and themes are welcome.

NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

✧ I will not state who the project is for if requested by the client.✧ I post WIP on my social media and livestream my art process. (There is an NDA fee of $50 or x1.5-3x to keep the entire project under wraps.)

Splash art illustration

✧ Splash Art Illustration (Suitable for streams, music videos, headers etc.)✧ High-fidelity Rendering✧ Detailed background/foreground setting with depth of your choice (No limit to BG request scale. You may request as many small and big elements as you'd like.) Requests must be within the parameters of my style and align with my composition preferences.✧ Dynamic Composition & Pose of your choice✧ Illustration Scale Flexibility✧ Up to 3 thumbnail sketches (We start with 2 and we move forward from there)✧ 5 major revisions during sketch, 5 minor revisions during line art, 5 minor revisions after full render. (Please note that major revisions vary from case by case and any major revision requests will incur extra charges to the final cost)✧ WIP of sketch, lineart, colorfill, early render (4 in total. You may request more WIPs before late stage render.)✧ Animation : Please specify in your project details and link me with your designated animator. If no complex layer separation is needed, there will be no extra charge. Only the animator may edit and alter the artwork ONLY for animation purposes. Everything else must be left alone. Please send a separate inquiry for recommended animators and previously animated splashes.

SKEB

✧ Pose, lighting, details decided by the illustrator.✧ Single color BG & Simple BG Elements. Up to 2 BG color variations.✧ Scale of Illustration cannot be adjusted. (Typically, the illustration will be a square, landscape, or portrait depending on the composition I choose)✧ No revisions or WIP (1 free revision opportunity for any missed important elements for character or request. Please review the first delivery thoroughly before submitting your revision request. Any further revision sessions will incur extra charges.)✧ Transparent PNG included if requested from the beginning. (Character Only)✧ SKEB clients will have the opportunity to have one detailed exchange with me before I start the illustration. Please make sure to include as many details, add-on requests, etc. during the initial discussion. Once the illustration starts, you may not change the conditions of the request.✧ If a client requests specific poses/composition/Background+Foreground elements, the project will be upgraded to a regular commission.

✧ Recommended for clients who wish to have more control over the final outcome.✧ Pose, composition, details of your choice.✧ 2 thumbnail sketches✧ Single color BG + Simple Background/Foreground elements of your choice.✧ Scale of Illustration is adjustable.✧ 3 major revisions during sketch & 3 minor revisions after render

CHARACTER DESIGN

✧ By requesting a character concept art/design, you agree to give me enough creative freedom over certain minor and major parts of the design. I will only be accepting requests which align with my design preferences and aesthetics.✧ Up to 50 different sketch iterations (5-10 iterations will be delivered at a time and improved upon feedback from there)✧ 50% off full price for VTuber Clients✧ Illustration Discount Voucher✧ Includes a basic reference sheet (Front, Side, Back - Front/Back fully rendered. Side will have flat colors.) PNGs with transparent backgrounds will be provided for all facets.✧ Price includes full commercial rights to the design. (You may use this for merch, VTube models, animated projects, games etc.)✧ This package does not include a character illustration.
